at eat we are big on food but short on pretensions.
what drives us is the belief that food should taste good and be good. And that everyone should be able to enjoy it. our food is naturally full of flavour, full of goodness, and all sourced from people we know and like.
we cook with seasonal ingredients, olive oil and fresh herbs and spices.
we believe that good food doesn't come out of packets or microwaves. so, we make everything ourselves. all the breads, sauces, dressings and chips are freshly made by eat's chefs.
our beef is some of the best on the planet. Introduced by Scots into Argentina, each cow has 32 times the grazing of an average Scots coo – and all it eats is grass! It then takes the eco-friendly slow boat to the UK, but it uses its time on board well - aging gracefully so that by the time it hits your plate it has the perfect combination of tenderness and flavour.
